The Burketts of Pine Bluff

Beverly Burkett worked for the USDA [as a loan officer?] and has been suing them since 1994.... she was finally fired in May or June of 2013... I wonder why

He husband, Fernando Burkett chaired the Black Farmers and Agricultural Association in Arkansas and encouraged people to sue the USDA for racism.

Peas in a pod, people. Peas in a pod.

Black Farmers in Alaska?

In Pigford I, two black farmers in Alaska were granted $50,000

See the EWG Report

An additional 126 "farmers' tried to get in under a court ordered extension but were denied, but were rejected.

See EWG Report

Did a lawyer solicit those 126 claims? Where did they come from? Are there really 126 black farmers, or ex-farmers in Alaska? Are there even two?

Nearly 9,000 Black farmers were denied "Automatic" payments by USDA — All 50 States
